When Tracy and her husband wanted to adopt a child, they learned there was a baby girl with Turner syndrome who needed a loving home. Turner syndrome is a genetic condition that has it's challenges, so Tracy knew the girl would need growth hormone shots, treatments for her congenital heart defect and that certain subjects would be hard for her at school. She also knew the girl would crave a sense of normalcy. How did Tracy know these things? She too has Turner syndrome and a heart of unconditional love.
